Asia Johnson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, executive leader, and advocate with more than 13 years of experience serving children, families, and professionals across the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her journey began as a Behavior Technician and has spanned clinical practice, leadership, operations, mentorship, and organizational development, providing her with a unique perspective on what families and providers truly need to thrive.

As a first-generation college graduate, Asia built her career through perseverance, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Inspired by Isaiah 61:1, she founded Seizing 61:1 to create a different kind of behavioral health organization, one rooted in hope, restoration, advocacy, and meaningful partnership with families.

Throughout her career, Asia has supported hundreds of children and caregivers while also leading clinical teams, developing systems of care, and helping organizations strengthen service quality and outcomes. Her work is guided by the belief that evidence-based treatment and compassionate care are not mutually exclusive. Families deserve both.

Asia is passionate about culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that honor each family’s unique experiences, values, and goals. She believes the most meaningful progress occurs when families feel empowered, supported, and equipped to advocate confidently for their children.

Through Seizing 61:1, Asia’s vision is to elevate family voice, strengthen independence, and create opportunities for children and caregivers to thrive long after services have ended.
